Returns
We accept returns only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
To request a return, please email us at drivecore.caressentials@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
